The Struggle
There was a time in my life when I felt completely lost. I had poured so much of myself into others—whether it was raising my children, building a business, or navigating divorce—that I forgot who I was. I struggled with feelings of overwhelm, a sense of invisibility, and a deep longing to connect with myself again. At times, I felt like I was spinning my wheels—physically drained, emotionally disconnected, and questioning what my purpose was beyond the roles I played for others.
For years, I ignored the whispers of my body and soul, pushing through stress and pain because I thought that’s what I had to do. But those whispers became louder until I couldn’t ignore them anymore. I had to find a way forward—not just to survive, but to truly live..
The Turning Point
What I discovered was profound: I wasn’t broken; I was disconnected—from my body, my intuition, and the wisdom that already lived inside me. This realization sparked a journey of self-discovery that changed everything.
I started to see my life through a different lens—the lens of the Maiden, Mother, and Sage. These archetypes helped me make sense of where I was and where I wanted to go:
- As the Maiden, I reclaimed my sense of curiosity, courage, and creativity, daring to dream again about what life could look like.
- As the Mother, I learned to nurture myself with the same love and care I had given so freely to others, creating space for balance and boundaries.
- As the Sage, I tapped into my deep inner wisdom, finally trusting myself to make choices aligned with my truth.
Through this framework, I began to integrate not only my mind but my body and spirit, breaking free from patterns of self-doubt and overwhelm to step into my power.
The Transformation
What I realised is that this isn’t just my story—it’s the story of so many women. We’re navigating transitions that leave us feeling untethered, questioning who we are and what’s next. And yet, within each of us lies the wisdom to heal, grow, and rediscover our purpose.
