With 25 years of clinical experience, I am an expert in women’s health, specialising in the transitions that shape your life—physically, emotionally, and mentally. As a certified health, life, and therapeutic coach, I combine evidence-based practice with a compassionate, holistic approach, integrating somatic work, coaching, and lifestyle medicine. This is a safe, supportive space where you are seen, heard, and guided with expertise.
